Sports injury rehab

Every level, every sport

Fast diagnosis and a clear rehab plan for fresh and nagging injuries. We treat the injury and the weak link that caused it.

  • Ankle, knee and hamstring injuries
  • Shoulder and elbow problems
  • Shin splints and Achilles pain
  • Injury-prevention screening

Back & neck pain

Our most common case

Most back and neck pain gets better with the right treatment and the right movement. We calm the pain first, then make you stronger so it stays away.

  • Lower back pain and sciatica
  • Neck pain and stiffness
  • Disc-related pain
  • Desk and driving posture fixes

Post-surgery rehab

Orthopaedic and trauma

Structured rehab after surgery, following your surgeon's protocol. We send progress notes back to your surgeon if you want them.

  • ACL and meniscus repair
  • Knee and hip replacement
  • Shoulder repair
  • Fracture rehab after cast or fixation

Workplace injury care

Oil & gas, port, construction

Treatment and return-to-work plans for rig crews, Takoradi Harbour workers and anyone with a physical job. We can work with your HSE team on safe duties.

  • Lifting and manual-handling injuries
  • Fit-for-duty assessments
  • Return-to-work reports
  • On-site ergonomic and manual-handling training

Sports massage

30 or 60 minutes

Firm, focused deep-tissue massage from therapists who know anatomy. Good for recovery, tight muscles and heavy training blocks.

  • Pre-event and post-event
  • Deep tissue for back and legs
  • Recovery during heavy training
  • Foam-roller routine to take home

Dry needling & taping

Add-on to treatment

Used where it helps, never as the whole treatment. Needling can ease muscle pain. Taping supports you through training and match day.

  • Trigger-point dry needling
  • Kinesiology taping
  • Rigid ankle and wrist strapping
  • Single-use sterile needles only

Strength & return-to-play

Gym-based rehab

The last stage of rehab is where most people stop too early. We test strength, speed and control so you go back ready, not hopeful.

  • Supervised gym sessions
  • Hop, sprint and agility testing
  • Strength numbers compared side to side
  • Clear sign-off for coaches

FAQ

Straight answers

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. Book directly with us. If you have scans, X-rays or a surgeon's letter, bring them.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a T-shirt, or your gym kit. We need to see the injured area and watch you move.

How many sessions will I need?

Most people need four to six. You'll get an honest estimate at the end of your first assessment.

Does insurance cover physio?

Many private plans do. We bill Acacia Health, Glico Healthcare, Nationwide Medical Insurance, Premier Health and Metropolitan Health directly. Bring your card.

Will it hurt?

Some techniques are uncomfortable for a moment. We tell you before we start, and you can say stop at any time.
